bad services

I want to complaint one of the telecom technician services attitude. He was so rude. I know it is almost 1pm, he is rushing, but this did not mean that he can shout at mean show me his temper. I’m not a expert in streamyx product. We apply for the streamyx for one month but already three weeks we fail to online via streamyx. I can’t online but I still need to pay the full payment. I just want to settle the problem soon. I just ask his few questions, n when I haven’t finish my question, he already lost his patient and start show me his rudeness and impolite. He not only shows his impolite for once. At first I thought that is his talking style but at the end he just make me feel that telecom new service policy is services by scolding the customer. I was REALLY REALLY EXTREMELY ANGRY about that. He should be accountable to his attitude. By the way, I don’t know the technician’s name, he refuse to tell me. See, when i ask for name he start afraid n just said that he is from T. so bad. i hate him hate him.
